Beta sign-up privacy
GCIOBA Canada Inc. collects the email address you submit, the sign-up time and the version of the notice you accepted to manage interest in the Alumni app beta.
Where your information goes
Sign-ups are stored in a separate Cloudflare database for the association. They are not displayed in the public member directory. Access to the stored list requires authorized Cloudflare account access; the website cannot retrieve the list.
The service uses temporary, protected request identifiers for rate limiting to help prevent automated abuse. Cloudflare also processes technical request information to operate and protect its services. Processing may occur outside Canada.
Your choices
We retain sign-ups while needed to manage the beta. To ask about your information, correct it or request deletion, contact endo@gciobacanada.ca. We may need to verify that you control the email address.
This form records beta interest; it does not verify your email or create an association member account. It does not send an email automatically.
When you open TestFlight, Apple handles the information you provide under its own terms. Read the app privacy policy for information about using the apps.
